You can book online in 4 simple steps:
Choose your service type and session length then click Next.
Select a time slot from the available options.
Build your package by adding outfit changes, the number of edited images, decorations, and/or an Instagram reel, then click Next.
Enter your details and make a payment to secure your booking.
You’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with all your booking details.
After your session, you’ll receive a gallery to choose your favourite images from.
Once you’ve made your selection, your edited images are delivered within 5–7 days.
A minimum of 4 edited digital images must be added to your booking.
Each additional edited digital image is £5, so you can choose as few or as many as you like.
Please note: We do not provide unedited or RAW images unless it’s added on to your booking.
You have the option to add digital images and/or printed images to your package when you book your photoshoot.
A non-refundable payment is required to secure your booking.
We do not offer refunds, but you can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your session.
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend slots, as they fill up quickly.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own props, balloons, or decorations to personalise your session. We also have themed sets and backdrops available in-studio.
Yes we can recommend talented makeup artists and stylists in Nottingham who can be booked separately for a full birthday glam experience.
Of course! Whether it’s your best friend, your partner, or your entire squad, we love capturing group birthday moments. Just let us know how many people are coming when you book.
Most birthday sessions last between 1–2 hours, depending on outfit changes and set variations. Extended bookings are available if you’d like more time to create different looks.
You’ll receive your selection of beautifully edited, high-resolution images. Unedited files can be provided on request for an additional fee.

Balloons, fabric draping and flower decor can be added to your package when booking your photoshoot.
Photoshoot at your chosen location: Photoshoot happening anywhere else but AOU Studio including Graduation Ceremony, Home photoshoots, Outdoor photoshoot etc.
Photoshoot at AOU Studio: Any photoshoot happening at AOU Studio, including Birthday portraits, Maternity photoshoots, Couples photoshoot etc.
Wedding Photographer: For wedding event only.
Product Photography: Your product can be sent directly to the studio to be photographed.
Event Photographer: A photographer will be sent to any parties, celebrations, corporate events and social gatherings.
Studio Space Only: You can use available studio equipments. Cameras are not provided.
Videography: This gives you video coverage for any occasion.
Yes, a photographer can be sent your chosen location outside Nottingham. A travel fee may apply, so please call/email to confirm before booking your session
